Even though we take extreme care in our assembly process to assure the highest quality product we, on very rare occasion, experience a failure. No worries, your tool is under warranty for repair or replacement. If you experience a failure please contact us via the website describing your concerns and we will make it right!

Once your order is successful, a page will be displayed with your order information and below that you will see a section named “Downloads”. Displayed will be links to the digital version of the DVD and a PDF document that gives you the timestamps for each knot.
Be sure you know the location of your downloads folder which your browser will save the files. You can verify this by going to the top right, click on the 3 vertical dots, select “Settings” and then scroll down to “Downloads.” This will display which folder your files will be stored.
